I can't believe those that would criticize Carrie's performance in the live version of A Sound Of Music earlier this month. She had never acted, did this completely live and never sounded better vocally. Shame on you that would criticize her just because she didn't look like Julie Andrews as much as Anne Hathaway does or that she isn't an actress, but a Reality TV personality. Who cares. The bottom line is she sang beautifully and acted quite competently as well, especially since it was her first try and it was live. Many experienced actors could not perform that well live.
