Dr. Oz says.....

Electronic cigarettes might be bad.  He says that middle school and high school kids are being marketed to and that they are becoming hooked on them.  And furthermore, some e-cigs might contain carcinogens and even anti-freeze.  So think twice before you huff and puff on one of those gadgets that entice you into taking the easy way out as opposed to toughing it out and just putting down the cancer sticks.  I know that after 25 years of smoking a pack a day that I just put them down when I had had enough and I've been smoke free for a decade.  And I didn't need the patch, or medicine or anything other than my will power to do it.

Dr. Oz does say that if the manufactures of these e-cigarettes will police their products for contaminants, that they could be a great tool to aid in smoking cessation.

What do you think?
